WAYS OF INSTITUTIONAL DISSEMINATION OF KNOWLEDGE: A ROLE FOR RELIME

Abstract

In previous editorials, various topics have been addressed, ranging from Relime's membership in indexes, directories, repositories and databases of international journals and its reflection in bibliometric indicators, to the need to participate in the formation of an academic community. Although the journal was born in Latin America, promoted by a pioneering group, it was conceived and promoted as a regional strategy that set out to play the role of a world-class scientific publication: to be global from the local.
